Dear coaches and team leaders,
We would like to inform you that there will be an opening ceremony held on Friday 21st August 2015 at 4:00 pm. We have the privilege to host such ceremony at the Council Chamber of Scarborough Civic Centre (see attached map). City Councilor, Deputy Consul General of PRC and Judge of Citizenship are our special guests at this ceremony.
You and your team members are sincerely invited to join us at that day. Please arrive at the Council Chamber on or before 3:30 pm. A plate with your club/school name on it will be given to one of your representatives that he/she will march in before the oath ceremony hosted by the judge.
